- Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar position (automotive parts sales, after-sales service, or specialized shop)
- Location: primarily support activities in the workshop
- Team: collaborative work with the workshop and customer service
Responsibilities
- Follow up on workshop repairs and suggest appropriate parts and accessories
- Perform quick and accurate searches in the parts management system
- Prepare, package, and track orders for the store and workshop
- Maintain parts inventory, ensure reordering, and participate in stock counts
- Advise on warranties, handle returns, and apply procedures related to parts
- Work closely with the team to optimize customer satisfaction and service deadlines
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, with the ability to quickly identify references
- Fluency in French; English considered an asset
