Clerk / Sales Advisor for Parts
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Clerk / Sales Advisor for Parts at Porsche West Island, a Porsche dealership serving Greater Montreal. Reporting to the Parts Department, you will be a key link between our customers, the workshop, and the sales team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and providing parts suited to each vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and advise customers on Porsche parts and accessories
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Manage orders, quotes, and deliveries; follow up on orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts area and optimize inventory
- Collaborate with the technical team and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Update parts management systems and customer records
- Participate in receiving and returning parts, and managing stock
Profile Sought
- Minimum one year of experience in auto parts sales or customer service
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and accessories; knowledge of Porsche models is an asset
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team, manage priorities, and stay organized
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Availability to work flexible hours; ability to adapt to the dealership’s pace
- Relevant diploma (DEP in Sales, administration, or equivalent is an asset)
