- Greet and advise customers by searching for the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Identify customer needs, interpret part numbers, and consult catalogs and electronic parts systems.
- Check inventory, process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on deliveries.
- Suggest compatible parts and maintenance or accessory solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the after-sales service and technicians to ensure part availability and quick order processing.
- Keep the counter and displays clean and organized; manage returns and exchanges according to internal policies.
- Participate in inventory and stock optimization; adhere to billing and warranty procedures.
- Uphold the company's values and contribute to providing a positive and professional customer experience.
Profile Sought
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile parts sales or a related position.
- Good customer service skills, active listening, and ability to quickly understand customer needs.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and parts management systems; proficiency with computer tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit; organization and rigor.
- Fluent in French; functional English is an asset.
