Parts Clerk – Recreational Vehicles (Full-time)
Contant Group is looking for a parts clerk to join its team.
Are you resourceful, comfortable with computers, and enjoy finding solutions? Do you have knowledge in the automotive, mechanical, or parts field? Do you enjoy customer contact and want to develop your knowledge in recreational vehicles?

Direct experience with recreational vehicles is an asset but not mandatory. We are open to candidates from automotive, parts, mechanical, or other technical fields.
🛠️ Your role
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and advising customers at the counter and by phone;
- Understanding customer needs and helping them find the right parts or accessories;
- Conducting parts searches using various computer systems, catalogues, and specialized platforms;
- Identifying appropriate parts based on models and needs;
- Informing customers about parts, accessories, prices, and promotions;
- Responding to customer inquiries professionally and courteously;
- Collaborating with the service and mechanical teams;
- Performing various tasks related to the parts department;
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

No need to know all parts and models from the start! You will be supported and trained to gradually develop your knowledge.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is resourceful, autonomous, and proactive;
- Is comfortable with IT and able to learn different systems;
- Has strong research and problem-solving skills;
- Has an interest in automotive, mechanical, parts, or recreational vehicles;
- Likes to learn and understand how things work;
- Has good communication skills and provides excellent customer service;
- Is organized, meticulous, and attentive to detail;
- Appreciates teamwork.
Experience in automotive, parts, mechanical, machinery, or technical fields is an asset.
Do you work on your own vehicles, do mechanic work in your free time, or have you developed practical knowledge on your own? We want to meet you!
Experience in a parts or customer service department is also a plus.
💰 Compensation
Starting at $46,000/year, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.

⏰ Schedule and conditions
- Permanent full-time position;
- One evening per week (Thursday or Friday);
