Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and advise customers on the various parts and accessories for recreational vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and more.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to optimize their experience and safety.
- Manage parts orders and monitor stock in collaboration with the management team.
- Work closely with our mechanics to ensure the right parts are available for service and repairs.
- Maintain an organized and attractive work environment by ensuring the sales area is clean.
Required qualifications:
- Passion for recreational vehicles and strong knowledge of parts and accessories.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
- Ability to work well in a team while being autonomous in your tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
