Job Description:
- Welcome and advise customers regarding Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories.
- Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions, ensuring an exemplary customer experience.
- Manage sales transactions, orders, returns, and billing accurately.
- Use the parts catalog and management systems to quickly identify parts and ensure availability.
- Collaborate with the workshop and other departments to support after-sales service and repairs.
- Manage and organize the parts inventory, perform inventories, and maintain the presentation of the display area.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and efficient customer service, fostering customer loyalty.
Profile:
- 1 year of experience in parts sales or a similar role (automotive or after-sales service).
- Good knowledge of automotive parts; knowledge of Mercedes-Benz parts is an asset.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in French; English is an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with computer tools and catalogs.
