Parts Clerk Sherbrooke - Day Shift
Passionate about heavy vehicles, you are recognized for your thoroughness and sense of service. You quickly identify the necessary parts and offer solutions tailored to customer needs. Organized and detail-oriented, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where each request is a new opportunity to demonstrate your expertise. Our Sherbrooke branch is currently looking for a parts clerk to fill a day position.

Specifically, in this role you will be responsible for:
Answering phone calls; Servicing customers and providing the necessary parts; Inventory management of parts; Assisting shipping to dispatch parts for delivery.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Experience, training, and skills that would be helpful:
Experience in a similar position; Excellent customer service skills; Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset); Good computer skills; Fluent in French & English.
