You will play a vital role daily by ensuring part availability, meeting workshop needs, and assisting customers professionally. If you enjoy the automotive field, teamwork, and days that are never the same, this position might be for you.
Type of employment:
- Full-time, Permanent
- Day in-person
Responsibilities:
- Sell auto parts at the counter, through the workshop, or by phone;
- Advise customers and meet their needs in French and English;
- Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients;
- Inform customers about parts, accessories, and ongoing promotions;
- Educate customers on the entire range of products offered;
- Handle phone calls efficiently;
- Make follow-up and solicitation calls to regular customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive field (mandatory);
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written (intermediate to advanced level), to meet the needs of French- and English-speaking clients;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
- Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset);
