- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards; contribute to budgeting and cost optimization.
- Represent the parts department in operational meetings and contribute to the company's overall strategy.
Profile sought
- Education: university degree or equivalent in operations management, logistics, business administration, or engineering.
- Experience: at least 3 years in a role related to parts management or procurement, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.
- Skills: proven leadership, analytical mindset, results orientation, excellent communication and teamwork abilities; mastery of ERP/MRP systems and inventory management tools; knowledge of automotive parts is an asset.
- Languages: fluent French; operational English preferred.
- Availability to work onsite in Lachute and to ensure field presence as needed.
- Valid driver's license.
