Take on a critical cross-functional role as a Design Convergence Lead (DCL), spearheading the development of interior and exterior vehicle build requirements from concept through tooling kickoff. Work closely with design, engineering, quality, and suppliers to ensure exceptional fit, finish, and perceived quality standards.
What you’ll do:
- Lead collaborations across multidisciplinary teams
- Define and converge engineering requirements for vehicle aesthetics
- Utilize CAD and tolerance stack-up analysis

- Mechanical or Automotive Engineering graduate with 3-6 years of automotive product engineering experience
- Skilled in CAD analysis, and understanding of gap, flush, fit & finish, and quality benchmarks
- Proactive problem solver with excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred: Experience with automotive OEM standards and customer audit processes.
