Job Description
Lead quality initiatives in an automotive manufacturing environment as a Quality Manager. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards, improve systems, and manage audits effectively.
In this role, you will oversee quality assurance processes, develop and enhance quality control systems, address customer concerns, and manage supplier quality for raw materials. Mentor team members on quality tools to ensure continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards
- Develop and implement quality control systems and documentation

- Investigate and resolve customer quality issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in automotive production
- Certification or experience as Internal Auditor
- Proficient with APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
