Job Description
Arbour Volkswagen, a leading dealership in Laval, is looking for a dynamic person to handle reception and customer experience in the evening and on Saturdays. If you enjoy interacting with customers and contributing to a professional and welcoming environment, this position is for you.
Job Description
- Warmly greet customers and visitors upon arrival, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and ensure smooth flow within the reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, filter requests, and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and pleasant reception area, with promotional materials and up-to-date information.
- Take messages and relay them promptly to the relevant team.
- Support the sales team and after-sales service in coordinating appointments and visits.
- Contribute to managing daily priorities and organizing customer flows in coordination with other departments.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and safety during customer encounters.
- Contribute to the professional and positive image of the dealership.
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Profile
- Experience: No prior experience required; internal training provided.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to create a positive first impression.
- Excellent communication skills in French; English is an asset.
- Neat appearance, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in basic office tools (Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent) and comfort with everyday management software.
- Availability for the specified schedules and punctuality.
