Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to fill the position of Receptionist / Hostess within our company. In this capacity, you will be responsible for several essential duties that will contribute to the smooth operation of our work environment.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy, providing a positive and warm experience from the moment they arrive.
- Manage the reception of incoming telephone calls, ensuring quick and efficient service to clients and partners.
- Follow up on appointment requests by effectively coordinating schedules to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Handle electronic correspondence, including managing incoming and outgoing emails while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of the communicated information.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure optimal information flow and maintain a harmonious work environment.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with proficiency in English being an asset.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and proactivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven history of effective time management.
- Experience in an office setting or in a front desk role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in common computer tools, such as the Microsoft Office suite.
