Genesis Saint-Laurent, located in the heart of Montreal, places customer service and excellence at the core of the client experience. As part of our growth, we are seeking a committed and warm Receptionist / Hostess to join our team.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome clients at the reception and answer the phone courteously; screen calls and direct visitors to the appropriate services.
- Offer and serve coffee and hot/cold beverages to clients in the waiting area, ensuring their comfort.
- Perform simple administrative tasks (data entry, mail and appointment management, coordination with sales and service teams).
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, manage supplies, and ensure smooth showroom visits.
- Assist with administrative follow-up related to customer relations and internal coordination.
Profile sought
- 0 years of experience required; dynamic beginners who are service-oriented are welcome.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication in French; functional English is an asset.
- Professional appearance, sense of service, discretion, and ability to work tactfully in a high-end environment.
- Good command of computer tools (MS Office); experience with a CRM or point-of-sale software is a plus.
- Team spirit, versatility, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; organizational skills and proactivity.
- Availability for reception hours and flexibility.
