Jaguar Land Rover West-Island, located in Dollard-Des Ormeaux, Quebec, is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist / Greeter to join our front-desk team. Key responsibilities
- Welcome all guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the brand and dealership
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
- Direct customers to the appropriate departments (sales, service, parts) and coordinate guest flow in the showroom and reception area
- Schedule and coordinate test drives, service drop-offs, and showroom appointments; maintain accurate appointment logs
- Maintain a tidy, organized reception area and manage mail, packages, and guest signage
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM updates as needed
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to support an efficient, guest-centric experience
- Uphold dealership policies and safety protocols while representing the Jaguar Land Rover brand with professionalism
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist/front-desk experience, preferably in a retail or automotive environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, courteous demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with dealership CRM or appointment software is a plus
- Bilingual English/French is preferred; the ability to communicate clearly with a diverse clientele
