Your responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming visitors and clients at the reception and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Managing the telephone line and email: answering, filtering, transferring calls, taking messages, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments for the sales teams.
