Excellence Chrysler St-Eustache is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist / Hostess to welcome our clients and ensure the smooth running of activities at the reception, located in Saint-Eustache, near Laval.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and visitors and provide a first-class customer experience
- Manage the telephone switchboard and inquiries via email and messaging, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Direct clients to the appropriate departments (Sales, Service, Parts) and facilitate communication
- Keep the reception and showroom area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Perform simple administrative tasks (data entry, file management, handling mail and internal communications)
- Support the team during promotional events and showroom activities
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and visitor reception protocols
Profile
- No experience required; beginners are welcome
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of customer service
- Well-groomed appearance and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Team spirit, organization, and reliability
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (office suite and appointment scheduling software)
- Fluency in French, both oral and written; English is a plus
