Responsibilities
- Diagnose, test, and repair vehicle systems using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect critical components such as brakes, fuel systems, and engines.
- Mentor apprentices and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately, following dealership and OEM standards.
- Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production/repairs and customer communication.
- Document all work performed in a manner consistent with OEM standards.
- Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training.
