About the role
Lead automotive marketing strategy and campaigns for Dilawri dealerships across Ontario, primarily from the Mississauga regional office with dealership travel.
The Regional Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Operations and leads initiatives supporting sales, service, and customer retention. This manager oversees integrated campaigns, social media, paid media, and analytics while connecting marketing with sales BDC follow-up. The position also guides direct reports across marketing and BDC operations.

Responsibilities
- Develop annual plans, campaign calendars, and monthly dealership priorities
- Manage integrated digital, email, social, and traditional campaigns
- Oversee paid media, SEO, analytics, and online business profiles
- Lead social media content, publishing, engagement, and reporting
- Manage budgets, invoices, and OEM co-op programs
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in marketing, public relations, or related field
- At least five years of progressive marketing experience
- Knowledge of strategy, campaign management, SEO, paid media, and analytics
- Strong copywriting, content development, and social media management skills
- Valid Ontario Class G licence and dealership travel availability
