CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across Canada with 230 centres. As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the main contact for CSN licensees in your region, working closely with teams to expand operations and optimize performance using the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store meetings focusing on business growth and operational tools
- Leading regional meetings and annual conferences
- Developing and delivering licensee training
- Reporting on KPIs and challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- Expertise in Canadian estimating systems (Audatex, Mitchell) and OEM procedures
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within Ontario
