Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, working directly with the FOM-Team Lead and helping drive licensee success through strategic partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store meetings to optimize business growth and utilization of CSN resources
- Lead regional virtual and in-person meetings
- Collaborate across teams to implement strategies that improve licensee performance
- Manage and resolve issues with clear, timely communication
- Develop and deliver training content
- Report monthly progress on key KPIs and store engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years managing in collision repair
- Post-secondary education or trade school (business or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Knowledge of OEM procedures in estimating
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 20-30 days/year
