Role Summary
Become the primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, driving business growth through strategic collaborations, marketing, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stores quarterly to optimize CSN System benefits
- Lead regional meetings and assist annual conferences
- Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
- Manage and resolve store concerns and high-priority issues
- Develop and deliver training content
- Provide monthly progress reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- Education in business or related field preferred
- 3+ years estimating experience with Audatex & Mitchell systems
- Valid driver's license required
