About CSN Collision
CSN Collision safely repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 230 centres in Canada, ensuring vehicles are restored to like-new condition. As a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the main liaison for CSN Licensees, supporting business growth through partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Licensees in Ontario
- Conduct quarterly store meetings to review business growth and system utilization
- Lead regional meetings and support training initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to enhance the CSN System and resolve urgent issues
- Report monthly on key performance indicators and challenges
Qualifications
- At least 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary/trade education in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license required
Travel & Work Details
- Remote role with required travel to Ontario stores and events (~40-50% of time)
- Vehicle allowance provided
