Role Summary:
You will be the key contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, helping them maximize business operations and growth by leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support within the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterly reviews with stores to enhance growth and program participation
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences
- Resolve store concerns and escalate issues as necessary
- Develop and deliver training content
- Report progress and collaborate with internal teams
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ management in collision repair industry
- Strong estimating experience with Canadian systems
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for meetings and events
