Position Summary
The Field Operations Manager for Ontario acts as the primary contact for CSN Licensees, supporting their growth and operational success through collaboration with various departments and implementation of the CSN System including insurer partnerships, marketing, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for Ontario region licensees.
- Conduct quarterly meetings focusing on business growth, insurance program performance, and CSN initiatives.
- Lead regional and annual meetings.
- Resolve high priority store issues promptly.
- Assist with case management and training development.
- Provide monthly activity and progress reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in the collision repair industry.
- Post-secondary or Trade education in business or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedures.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Travel
Remote role with required travel (40%-50% on-site time, 20-30 overnight days per year).
