Key Responsibilities
- Manage licensee relationships and business performance
- Conduct quarterly meetings and lead regional virtual & in-person meetings
- Collaborate across teams to optimize the CSN System usage
- Resolve store concerns and assist in case management
- Develop and provide training content
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel (40-50% on-site meetings)
