Position Summary
As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, collaborating to enhance business performance via strategic partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main CSN contact for Ontario licensees.
- Conduct quarterly meetings to discuss business growth, insurance program performance, vendor utilization, and upcoming initiatives.
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings and support the annual conference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute and optimize strategies.
- Handle store concerns promptly and escalate complex issues.
- Develop and deliver training materials.
- Provide monthly progress reports covering case statuses, engagement challenges, and KPI analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in the collision repair sector.
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related fields is an asset.
- At least 3 years of experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedures.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Travel & Work Conditions
- Role is remote with 40%-50% in-person travel in Ontario (20-30 days yearly, with overnight travel).
- Work from a home office with a personal vehicle allowance.
