Position Summary
As the Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the main liaison for CSN Licensees in the region, reporting to the FOM-Team Lead. You will collaborate with teams to support and grow licensee businesses, leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Ontario licensees
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focusing on growth, insurance program performance, and CSN system usage
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Resolve urgent store concerns and support case management
- Develop and deliver training content
- Report monthly on KPIs and challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years estimating experience with Audatex & Mitchell systems
- OEM procedural knowledge
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
