Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager in Ontario, you will be the main contact for CSN Licensees in your region, reporting to the FOM-Team Lead. Collaborate with teams to enhance business operations via partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support licensees to optimize growth and performance
- Conduct quarterly store meetings covering business growth, insurance programs, vendor utilization, and new initiatives
- Lead regional virtual and in-person meetings
- Resolve store concerns and high urgency issues promptly
- Develop training content and track monthly progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education related to collision repair
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian industry systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Ontario
