Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager (Ontario), you will be the key contact for CSN licensees in your region. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help licensees enhance their operations using partnerships, marketing, and operational tools. Responsibilities include quarterly store visits, leading meetings, resolving issues, training support, and reporting progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education preferred
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian industry systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Proficiency in OEM procedural lookup for estimating
- Valid driver’s license required
Travel
This remote role requires 40-50% travel within Ontario, including overnight stays 20-30 days per year. A vehicle allowance is provided.
