CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across Canada and is a leader in collision repair with 230 centers. We are seeking a Field Operations Manager – Ontario to be the key contact for CSN licensees, driving business growth using partnerships, marketing, and operational tools.
What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for licensees in Ontario
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focusing on growth, insurance performance, vendor use, marketing, and strategic actions
- Lead regional meetings and support the annual conference
- Resolve issues, support training, and report progress monthly
Qualifications
- 5+ years management in collision repair industry
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40-50% of the time
