Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager in Ontario, you'll be the primary liaison for CSN Licensees, helping them enhance their operations using CSN's comprehensive system including insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly meetings with stores to gauge and promote growth and performance.
- Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies.
- Manage high urgency issues and support licensee training.
- Report monthly performance and challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Ontario.
