As the Field Operations Manager - Ontario, you will be the key contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, supporting business growth and operational excellence by leveraging partnerships, marketing, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterly store reviews focusing on growth, performance, and system utilization
- Leading regional meetings and collaborating with other teams
- Supporting licensee training and resolving store concerns
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education preferred
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (40%-50% of time)
