Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager in Ontario, you will serve as the key contact for licensees, supporting their growth and operational success through partnership with insurers, OEMs, vendors, marketing, and operational tools. This role blends remote work with required travel to local stores and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support licensees' business growth and system utilization.
- Conduct quarterly store meetings and lead regional meetings.
- Collaborate with teams to implement strategic improvements.
- Manage urgent store issues and case escalations.
- Develop and deliver training content.
- Report monthly on progress, challenges, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education related to industry preferred.
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Familiarity with OEM procedures.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
Additional Info
- Travel approx. 20-30 days/year with overnight stays.
