Position Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the primary contact for CSN Licensees in your region. You will collaborate with various departments to help licensees improve business operations using CSN's system, including insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational supports.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store visits to optimize use of CSN resources and review business growth
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Resolve store concerns and escalate complex issues
- Develop and provide training content
- Monthly reporting on cases and KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade school education in business or related field preferred
- 3+ years estimating experience using Audatex & Mitchell systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
