Position Summary
As a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison to CSN Licensees in your region, collaborating with teams to optimize business operations through partnerships, marketing, and operational support tools.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as main contact for licensees.
- Conduct quarterly store visits to assess growth, insurance program performance, vendor utilization, and introduce new initiatives.
- Lead regional meetings and assist with annual conferences.
- Develop training content and support case management.
- Report monthly on progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver’s license required.

- Remote role with 40%-50% travel within Ontario.
- Personal vehicle usage supported with allowance.
