Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional meetings, support training, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Manage case escalations and report on KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Expertise with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell) and OEM procedures.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (40-50% onsite meetings).
