Position Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison for CSN Licensees in your region, driving business growth through strategic support and collaboration. This role involves leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational resources to help licensees succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for licensees
- Conduct quarterly business performance reviews
- Lead regional meetings and support the annual conference
- Collaborate with teams to implement strategies
- Manage issue resolution and training programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary or trade education related to industry preferred
- 3 years experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver's license required
