CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 230 centres in Canada, ensuring customers' vehicles are returned to like-new condition. Join as a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, acting as the main contact for CSN licensees. You'll collaborate with various departments to boost licensee growth and operational efficiency using dealer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as primary contact for Ontario licensees
- Quarterly meetings to optimize business growth, program performance, and CSN initiatives
- Leading regional virtual and in-person meetings
- Collaborating to develop new strategies and training
- Reporting monthly progress
Requirements:
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience using Audatex & Mitchell
- Valid driver's license and availability for 20-30 overnight travel days per year
