Position Summary

The Field Operations Manager (Ontario) is the key liaison for CSN Licensees in Ontario, working closely with teams to support store growth through partnerships, marketing, and operational tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for Ontario Licensees
  • Quarterly meetings with stores to review growth, insurance, marketing, software, and initiatives
  • Lead regional meetings and assist with the annual conference
  • Collaborate internally to optimize CSN System usage
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases
  • Develop and provide training content
  • Provide monthly reports on activities and key performance indicators

Qualifications

  • 5+ years management experience in collision repair
  • Post-secondary or trade education in business or related field (asset)
  • 3+ years estimating experience using Audatex and Mitchell systems
  • 3+ years working with OEM procedures related to estimating
  • Valid driver’s license required

Travel Requirements

  • Remote role with 40-50% travel within Ontario including overnight stays (20-30 days/year)
  • Use of personal vehicle with allowance provided
