Role Summary
The Field Operations Manager for Southwest & Northern Ontario is the key liaison for CSN Licensees, driving business growth, operational support, and leveraging partnerships with insurers, OEMs, vendors, marketing, and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store meetings to optimize performance
- Leading regional meetings and supporting annual conferences
- Collaborating with teams to improve CSN System
- Managing store concerns and training
- Providing progress reports on KPIs and case management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair
- Post-secondary/trade education in business or related field
- At least 3 years’ experience with Canadian estimating systems and OEM procedures
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within Ontario
