Position Summary
As a Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the key contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario, working closely with teams to support business growth, operational excellence, and system utilization. This role involves quarterly store meetings, strategic planning, and collaboration across departments to drive positive impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel frequently within Ontario (40%-50% travel, with 20-30 overnight stays annually)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
