Role Summary
As a Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key partner for CSN Licensees, driving business growth by leveraging partnerships with insurers, OEMs, vendors, and utilising marketing and operational tools. This remote role requires strong leadership, quarterly engagement with stores, and coordination with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Ontario stores
- Conduct quarterly store visits and virtual regional meetings
- Develop and deliver training content
- Support business growth and system utilization
- Manage complex cases and escalate as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years management in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel in Ontario
