Role Summary

As the Field Operations Manager for Southwest & Northern Ontario, you'll be the key liaison for CSN Licensees, mentoring growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with teams and licensees leveraging CSN's partnerships, marketing, and operational tools to elevate business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for licensees, understanding and addressing their needs.
  • Conduct quarterly meetings focusing on business growth, insurance program performance, and new initiatives.
  • Lead regional meetings and support annual conferences.
  • Manage store concerns with timely, clear resolution.
  • Develop and deliver training content.
  • Provide monthly progress reports on cases, challenges, and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
  • Post-secondary or trade education in business or collision repair field preferred.
  • 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Travel

While remote, expect 40%-50% travel in Ontario, including overnight stays 20-30 days/year.
