Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you will be the primary liaison for CSN Licensees in your region, reporting to the FOM-Team Lead. Your role includes helping licensees improve their business operations by leveraging CSN partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store meetings covering growth, insurance programs, marketing, training, and new initiatives
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Resolve store concerns and escalate complex issues
- Develop and deliver micro trainings
- Provide monthly progress reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian industry systems
- Valid driver's license required
