Role Summary
The Field Operations Manager (Ontario) is the primary contact for CSN Licensees in Ontario. Reporting to the FOM-Team Lead, the role supports business growth through partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support. Responsibilities include quarterly store meetings, leading regional meetings, resolving store concerns, and supporting licensee training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management in collision repair
- Post-secondary or Trade School education (business or relevant field)
- 3+ years estimating experience using Canadian industry systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural lookup experience
- Valid driver's license
Travel & Work Setup
- Remote role with 40%-50% travel within Ontario
- Requires access to personal vehicle (vehicle allowance provided)
