As a Remote Field Operations Manager - Ontario region, you'll directly support CSN Licensees, helping them optimize operations using our comprehensive CSN System featuring insurer partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support. This role balances remote work with 40%-50% travel to Ontario sites, including industry events and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary contact for Ontario region CSN Licensees
- Quarterly store visits to drive business growth and CSN System utilization
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams to implement improvement strategies
- Resolve urgent issues and support training development
- Monthly reporting on progress, KPIs, and challenges
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related field is an asset
- Valid driver's license required
