Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Southwest & Northern Ontario, you will be the key contact for CSN Licensees in your region. Collaborate with teams and licensees to drive business growth, leverage partnerships, marketing, and operational tools within the CSN System.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with licensees and support their business operations.
- Conduct quarterly store meetings focusing on growth, insurance programs, marketing, and new initiatives.
- Lead regional meetings and assist with annual conferences.
- Collaborate with CSN teams to implement business strategies.
- Address store concerns, escalate complex issues, and support training development.
- Provide monthly progress reports on KPIs and engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education related to collision repair is an asset.
- At least 3 years’ experience with Canadian estimating systems: Audatex & Mitchell.
- Familiarity with OEM estimating procedures.
- Valid driver’s license required.
