Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager – Ontario, you'll be the key liaison for CSN Licensees in your region, working closely with teams to drive business growth through leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for Ontario licensees, ensuring store needs are met.
- Conduct quarterly store meetings covering business growth, insurance program performance, and utilization of CSN resources.
- Lead regional meetings and support CSN annual conferences.
- Collaborate with teams to implement strategies and resolve complex issues.
- Develop training content and report monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or collision-related fields advantageous.
- 3+ years estimating experience with Canadian industry systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 20-30 days/year within Ontario.
