Role Summary
The Field Operations Manager for Ontario acts as the essential liaison for CSN Licensees, supporting business growth via partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support. Responsibilities include quarterly visits, virtual and in-person meetings, strategic action planning, licensee training, and progress reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years management experience in collision repair
- 3+ years experience with Canadian estimating systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- Valid driver’s license required
